If a potential buyer can’t see your home at their time in 99% of cases they will move on to look at other homes to purchase ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS SO MANY HOMES ON THE MARKET.

3.   How do you know if the potential buyer(s) are approved by the bank for a mortgage, for the value of your home?  How safe is it for you and your family to be showing your home to complete strangers?

4.   Most sellers think it is cheaper to use commission free/for sale by owner.  At first it is made to look that way but in the long run it is more expensive for many undisclosed serious reasons that can result in a heavy legal bill, hassel and stress.

5.  In most cases sellers and buyers don’t understand what is involved when trying to sell or buy a home on their own.  This can create a lot of stress and hardship because they are not prepared for potential problems that can arise from time to time, as well as, how to protect their best interest for a smooth transaction; because of this it can become a costly legal battle.  This can cost them thousands of dollars in legal damages not to mention the time and stress involved which can easily outweigh the Real Estate commissions by far.  Remember: buying or selling a home is the largest investment that one will have in their life time.  Therefore, it doesn’t make financial sense to take such a risk by trying to sell or buy a home on your own.
